    What is driving your feelings? What happens in the millisecond before a sadness, before an emotional outburst?

1. How do I know this is really right for me?

Before we start working, we get to know each other in an initial meeting. There you can see if you feel that I am the right one for you. If you decide to work with me, I will be there for you 100% throughout the entire process.

2. I'm scared!

Wonderful! And you're reading this. So there's another voice that wants change. I promise you, you don't have to be afraid. We'll do everything at your pace and in a way that makes you feel comfortable.

3. How do the sessions take place?

Right now, the sessions take place over Zoom from your home.

4. What do I need to prepare for the sessions?

Besides a stable internet connection and a computer with a camera, most importantly! a desire for the process and a willingness to change. We get as deep into the work as you are willing to go.

5. What methods do you work with?

I get inspired by what you bring to the table. I ask many questions and question. Together we practice a new way of looking at the world, I am by your side. I also work with 'Thought Work', a technique from the Life Coach School, which analytically breaks down every situation into its aspects, making it easy and understandable to change.

6. Is this about Higher Self or soul transmigration?

Nope, more about Buddha and philosophy. An essential part of my work is practicing to 'free-think' yourself. This includes letting go of ideas like a 'better version' of yourself, questioning aspirations for recognition or moral evaluations of situations and actions.

I work quite grounded and with what is there, in the moment we see each other.

Although, or maybe because I spend time in the psychospiritual scene as a young person, I really only work with techniques that logically everyone understands and for which you do not have to interpret anything. It is important to me that you understand everything I say.

My aim is to teach you how to look at yourself and the world around you without judgment, or entitlement. Together, we will create a loving perspective of yourself and the world you live in. If you can do that, you can do anything else.
